REFUND POLICY

At Callier's Catering, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure that you can return the item(s) and receive a refund or exchange.


Please note that our return policy applies only to items that are purchased directly from Pulse Fitness & Nutrition. If you have purchased an item from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.


Return Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • You must include a copy of your original receipt with the returned item(s).
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If you received free shipping on your original order and you return the entire order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
  • You must include a copy of your original receipt with the returned item(s).
  • If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the exchanged item, we will refund the difference or charge the difference to your original form of payment.


If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at 636-230-0019 or sales@callierscatering.com to initiate the process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).


We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
