Callier’s Catering will be one of the featured booths at the   Ameristar Casino  St. Louis Best Bridal Show on  Sunday, October 16th, 2011. Be sure to stop by our booth for this special wedding event.  Taste some of our most popular buffet foods from Callier’s Catering.  Our Parmesan Encrusted Chicken with herbed Foccacia crumbs, fresh Parmesan  and creamy Marsala sauce is one of our most selected choices and will be featured at the tasting.  We will also be serving our delicious Sunburst Pasta.
