While still offering our Big Bob’s Fish Sandwich (It’s BIG) on Friday’s in the Deli during Lent and other times throughout the year, we are also pleased to offer lots of alternatives to our corporate and carryout catering menus. We are also offering Fish and Chips in the Deli on Friday’s.
Want comfort food? Our rich and creamy Macaroni and Cheese is delicious. Traditional Lasagna is always available but we offer a wonderful Vegetable Lasagna or Ricotta Stuffed Shells as other meatless alternatives. Pair this with any of our meatless salads, assorted rolls and our Ultimate Brownies and you have a great meal. We also offer Pasta Primavera and Fresh Eggplant Parmesan.
Callier’s Classic Wild Mushroom and Cheese Tortellini is a tortellini with peas and mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce. YUM! Ditto on the Pasta Con Broccoli – still one of everyone’s favorite pasta and ours offers a different twist – it’s served with gnocchi noodles. It’s so popular. We always offer our fish selections of Tilapia Piccata, Cajun TIlapia or Teriyaki Salmon.
Who doesn’t like appetizers? For a really different Friday selection, look to a cheese, cracker and fruit tray. accompanied by shrimp cocktail, a fresh veggie tray and either our Marinated Asparagus and Roasted Red Pepper Platter or our Stuffed Mushrooms (crab or spinach) . We also do assorted sandwiches such as Vegetable Wraps or our White Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwiches.
Our Homemade soups that offer an alternative to meat would be our Mushroom Brie, Tomato Basil Bisque or our always popular, Broccoli Cheddar.
